Christine Malossi

MHC-LP(she/her)

My approach to therapy is grounded in depth psychology, with an emphasis on bringing what is unconscious into awareness. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, I’m interested in exploring with you the deeper patterns and emotional truths shaping your experience, even when they’re not immediately clear.

I draw from Jungian psychology and somatic (body-centered) awareness to create a space where you can engage more deeply with your thoughts, feelings, and inner conflicts. Together, we work at a pace that allows for insight to emerge and for change to take root over time.

My experience includes 15 years as a yoga and meditation teacher, 10 years in hospice and end-of-life care, and a background in dance and movement. I hold an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and a BA from NYU, with additional post-baccalaureate study at the University of Pennsylvania.
