Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to holding everything together on your own. Many people come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected - unsure why certain patterns keep repeating, or why life feels harder than it looks from the outside.

I work with individuals and couples who grew up having to be capable and self-sufficient, often in families shaped by high expectations, emotional unpredictability, or addiction. Over time, this can show up as perfectionism, people pleasing, disordered eating, or an empty feeling that’s hard to explain. Together, using a relational and psychodynamic approach, we explore where those patterns come from and how they’re shaping your life now.

Before becoming a therapist I worked in tech and nonprofits, and I’ve lived in four countries so I understand high pressure environments, and what it means to rebuild and start over. I hold a BSc in Psychology from City University London and an MS in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University, and I am currently a candidate in psychoanalytic training at the Contemporary Freudian Society.
