As an Afro-Latina, I bring a nuanced understanding of how identity, heritage, and lived experiences shape emotional well-being. Life's challenges, both past and present, shape the ways we experience ourselves and relate to others. When difficulties persist, they may reflect deeper, often unconscious patterns that influence our emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Feelings of hopelessness, loneliness, and conflict can arise when these patterns remain unexamined.
My therapeutic approach is deeply exploratory and insight-driven, grounded in the belief that self-understanding is the foundation of lasting change. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relational difficulties, and the emotional aftermath of trauma.
