LMSW(she/her)

As a bilingual therapist from Mexico who immigrated to the United States at 18 years old, I offer a safe space where we look at the different layers of your identity (e.g., your relationships, culture, gender, spirituality, and lived experiences) and how they impact the way you relate to yourself and others. We explore how your primary relationships and experiences impact you while also finding useful strategies you can use in difficult moments. We connect the past with the present, bringing awareness to patterns that might feel unclear, and find helpful ways for you to lead a more meaningful life.

I work with teens, young adults, and older adults, providing individual, family, and couples therapy. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, where I was a clinical trainee of the DBT Lab Program and completed additional training at Columbia University Irving Medical Center in both the ADBT and Columbia Day Programs.

We work together and move at your pace. I honor the courage it takes to begin therapy and with a new therapist. Your willingness in seeking the support you deserve is something I deeply respect. When you’re ready, please reach out via email or call. I look forward to connecting with you.
